At Letterkenny Official Store, we want to ensure you're 100% satisfied with your merchandise, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed apparel. If your order isn't quite right, pitter patter, let's get it sorted.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
